I saw it, it was roughly 100x better than "Mirror, Mirror". It did have some pacing and editing issues that made it feel long, but overall it was decent. Charlize Theron does a great job and Kristin Stewart does not, I think she may have only had 4-5 lines longer than one word and she's just as sullen and moody as in Twilight.
I liked it. Chris Hemsworth is never bad to look at, and Charlize was incredible. I'm gonna go against the grain and say I actually didn't mind KStew, she wasn't great, but she wasn't bad either. I did notice she had barely any lines. Just looking into animals eyes a lot.
SPOILER question!! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * So....did she love the Hunstemen? this part really confused me. She kissed the other guy in the woods, but then The Huntsmen's kiss woke her up. I was kinda unhappy with the ending. I know they wanted to make this Snow White more of a fighter, but the story is also a love story, and I felt like they kinda left us hanging.
I thought it was pretty good. Chris Hemsworth and Charlize were really good. Kristin Stewart usually bugs me, but this was better than her role in Twilight.
It was very dark.
If you want to see it, I think you should see it on the big screen.

Ditto above Charlize was awesome, KStew was meh and the storyline went a bit too far into the land of Narnia for my taste but overall a decent movie.
**SPOILER**
Regarding above questions - I heard they left the ending very vague on purpose so as to leave room for a sequel. If it followed the fairy tale ending of, "and they all lived happily every after" the sequel is harder to write I guess?
I probably won't see it until it comes out on DVD, but just from watching the trailers, I'm not buying that KStewart is actually more beautiful than CTheron. And, imo, CHemsworth is the fairest of them all.
It was incredibly boring and I was disappointed. I felt like there was no character development at all. Kristen Stewart wasn't as atrocious as I thought she would be.
DH keeps saying he wants to see this but I'm not sure I can sit through that much KStew... maybe we'll catch a matinee at the crappy theater so I don't get too pissed off at wasting my money.

I hate Kristin Stewart. A lot. That's one of the reasons I'm waiting to see it on DVD.

Dude. This. I can't ever see myself paying $$ to go see a movie in the theatre if she's in it. Not many actors are a deterrent to me, but she absolutely is.

This is what kills me, she annoys the living shit outta me but I like charlize and hemsworth so I'm curious.

K-stew was supposed to be "fairest" in heart and soul I think..I've heard this brought up before and that was the answer.
I also did not appreciate the disconnect in emotion or affection between her and Hemsworth. The movie did a lot of other parts of the story, but NO emotional ties to either him or the mini-duke? What the?
She sometimes looked constipated when dealing with him...and she always looks incredibly uncomfortable and lacking confidence as an actress.
Oh Hemsworth. So dreamy he made sitting through that movie worth it. I liked it more than I thought I would, actually. It was unintentionally campy and fun. KStew was meh but for some reason more tolerable with a British accent. Charlize was a bit much but probably intentionally so.
