How to report a problem

If you see a post that you believe violates the Community Guidelines, or if you want a moderator to delete a thread that you created:

• Click the "Report to Mod" link at the bottom right of the offending post
  
• Enter your reason for reporting the post in the text box
  
• Click "Submit Report"
  

This will immediately send a report to the moderator(s) of the board.

If the post contains time-sensitive information (such as personal information about another member) and no one is online to respond to your report, you can send a PM to the username gbcnmods. This will send an off-board message to all global mods and admins so that hopefully someone can quickly log on and take care of the problem.

Hi! I've been trying to log on with my user name and it says that I logged in, but when info to post it says that I have to log in all over again. Do I just have to register my name again? My name is [e-mail]

Mandy - what is your screen name here? It's not going to be an email address. On the page that comes up after you login there is a link to 'link another account on this forum' - click that and enter your username (not email) and password.

I am not able to correctly see the board, there are no lines/boxes anywhere, I don't know if it is my netbook, or chrome.. if there is anything I can do to fix the issue?

Does it just look like a white page with blue links? If so, the problem is that the css file is blocked on your network. If you're at work you probably can't change it. I'm still waiting for the proboards devs to see if there is a solution.

Not sure how to do a screen print. I have a "quote" box, an "edit" box, as well as the "like" box and the "gear" box with a pull-down.

Under the gear do you see Member -> Send Message?

Yes, I have that. But when I try to use it, it doesn't work. If I type a message and try to send it, it comes up blank. Same with trying to quote or send a PM.

So basically the quick reply box is working for you but any time you try to use the regular reply it doesn't. Do you get an error message at all? At the bottom of the reply box do you see the Visual & BBCode tabs? Can you switch from whatever the default is (probably Visual) to the other and see if it lets you post then?

It's a button at the top of the first reply or the top right corner of the quick reply box. It also comes up whenever you press the quote button.

Ellie, the way I can communicate on here is by quick reply. I tried Visual and BBCode...doesn't appear to work for me. : (

If you go to Edit Profile > Notifications > click save at the bottom, it should re-count your numbers for you.
