....fingers crossed/whatever. Any kind of good vibes that you can spare.
Please. And thank you.
DH is going to look at houses tomorrow, and I found a new listing that we think we really want. Really, really want. We have a couple of other houses on the list that we are feeling good about, but this one is by far my favorite, coming closest to what I have been imagining. Of course, (and unfortunately), there is already a ton of interest in this house.
I guess our realtor called DH this morning and told him to be prepared to put in an offer @ full asking price, if we like what we see tomorrow and decide that we want it. And if we think we like it, to make a decision fast or it will likely be gone. Crazy. He's already got the financial stuff taken care of, and the mortgage guy gave him the go ahead this morning. Now we just need to see if he likes it as much in person. That is, if it is even still available in the morning. ;p
DH was talking to someone in the FL office who is currently house hunting, and she is running into the same problems that we are, with everything they are interested in being gone before she and her husband can see them. She says she and her husband were not prepared for this kind of house hunting experience....they thought it was going to be easy, and they have been hunting for months now.

good luck!
This was our experience too. We saw the house the first day, made on offer that day for full list, because we knew it would be gone otherwise. You are definitely not alone!
