Most of these are "befores" but I will update as soon as I go. All befores are from the inspection so it has the previous owner's things.


Outside

Entry- The armoire is gone and replaced with a table and mirror. We will redo the banister soon (on the summer project list!)


This is the formal living room... the built-ins were one of my favorite things about the house.

The kitchen before...

And after! We painted the cabinets, installed a wall treatment on the island, and installed the backsplash. The outlets don't normally stick out that much--they blend in person.

The master bathroom at inspection... yes that's carpet.


And now.


This was a budget project and one of our first so we really had no idea what we were doing. Painted the vanity, used a mirror we already had, new vinyl flooring. It gets the job done. To the left is a closed toilet room and the closet. Eventually I would like to build a vanity with more storage (it only has two cabinets, fake drawers) and do a more appropriately sized mirror.

The basement before... this was actually taken right after we moved in and began to frame the walls. Unfortunately we had to cover up that mural...

And after...



The paint looks weird in the light (these are from my phone... sorry) but it is actually a navy blue in the tv area.
