Housebreaking two dogs?

I foster dogs.  I have one dog that has been mine for two years, adopted one of my fosters two weeks ago and just this week I got another foster.  My dog is housebroken but the foster and my new adoptee are peeing in the house.  Is it possible to simultaneously train two dogs?

Yes it is very possible.  We trained 2 puppies at the same time.  We let them out all of the time at the same time and we used many many treats
