Liquid makeup w/o transfer?

Even with a primer, my makeup rubs off no matter what time of day. I already use a primer, which I really like because it makes my skin so soft and keeps me matte during the day. The makeup I use now is from Mary Kay, but I'm looking for something new as it's almost out. Is there any that actually stays on? Mine even rubs off on a tissue when I blow my nose.

Probably depends on the products.

I use Hourglass primer and Giorgio Armani Luminous silk foundation, and it lasts all day.

I use the MK liquid foundation & then set it with powder. It has never transferred onto my clothing. If I blew my nose like 5x in a row, some will come off on the tissue, but that's it.

I have had good luck with Make Up For Ever HD foundation. I usually sweat my makeup off by the end of a shift, but this stuff stays on me.
