Coat liberally with blackening seasoning (we like Chef Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic), grill or pan-fry over high heat, and serve either in fish tacos (with avocado, cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc.) or over Caesar salad.
Season with S&P, sear on both sides, wrap in crescent roll dough, and bake until the dough is puffed. Serve with Hollendaise sauce (the Knorr packets are easy to make!), which is also awesome over asparagus (roasted or steamed and seasoned with salt, pepper, and some lemon juice).
Mix approx. 1/4 cup maple syrup, one crushed garlic clove, tablespoon soy sauce, salt and pepper. Coat over top of salmon and bake uncovered in oven for 15-20 min. At 375 degrees or until done.
I have salmon on the menu tonight. My favorite quick and easy way to prepare salmon is with a little fresh rosemary, sea salt, and cracked pepper. I cook it in olive oil.

Sounds fantastic! I have all of those ingredients on hand. I may have to try it this way tonight instead.
My "go to" when I don't know what I'm making for dinner is just putting a bunch of dried dill on it and then adding lemon slices and baking it when it's done. I have used a bunch of yummy ideas I found on pinterest too .
This is my favorite way to make Salmon. DH likes it so much, that he doesn't want to eat it any other way. And as a bonus, the leftover are wonderful cold over a salad.
I don't have a specific recipe, but I highly recommend blackening the salmon w/ a decent amount of seasoning (sorry, no recipe) and squeezing a little bit of fresh lemon juice on top right before eating. Ahhhh... BEST EVER!!!
