We are having the hardest time finding toys that our 11 month old Brittany doesn't ruin/eat pieces off. I feel like it would save time to just throw money in the trash, because he ruins most toys almost instantly. He can break/rip tennis balls, we have banned anything stuffed, and he chews pieces off most rubber toys. We have a few kongs that have lasted, and a hard nylabone, but other than that I have not had any luck. I would appreciate any recommendations!
She destroys her toys almost instantly, including smaller ropes we've tried, but we found a super thick version at a local farm supply store and it has lasted forever.

Thanks for the suggestions! I will check out the West paw toys for sure. I have been hesitant to pull the trigger on antlers because they are so expensive, but that is dumb of me given the number of cheaper toys we end up throwing out. Maybe for his birthday in March
my dogs have 2 toys that have lasted: a very hard nylabone that has sharp edges from their teeth and this cheap vinyl bone with soccer balls on the end. I don't know why that lasts and the others don't.
speaking of my 2 dogs and chew toys... I have a golden retriever (~75 lb) and a Westie mix (~13 lb). they are both heavy chewers and will share their toys. are the aforementioned toys good for both big and little dogs?

I also like Westpaw toys - but my mom's dog destroyed the Orbee bone (which has lasted for...5 years in my house)and my guy has peeled off all the countries on our Orbee ball.
We're big fans of Cuz's and similar toys by JW Toys. The bigger, rounder ones (like the elephant) with out too many smaller parts coming off.
Another vote for West Paw. My dogs destroy everything, and we got a free Frisbee from the West Paw booth last May at an event and it lasted. Since then I have gotten every one of their tough toys. (Jive, tizzi, etc) They all are still in one piece and my dogs love them. They are a company out of Montana but they ship anywhere.
And the West Paw makes 3 sizes in the tough toys. Something for all size dogs which is nice.
I've been buying them off of Amazon and have been happy with the prices and quality. My Lab/Pit mix destroys any of the rubbery toys by picking pieces off of them and spitting them out. She chews the hell out of her antler and that thing just keeps on going. I also don't have to worry about her swallowing anything that comes off b/c chewing just slowly grinds the antler down into a powder.
