I mentioned previously that DS is getting 4 teeth at once. I really really wish they would pop out already! How long does this typically take? I can see/feel them, but it has been over two weeks already. SLOWEST TEETH EVER
Anyway, DS seems largely fine during the day but the nights have been miserable. I guess because he isn't distracted? Last night he was up every 3 hours but inbetween he would randomly pop his head up scream and then fall back asleep..this happened like every 30 minutes! He also learned how to yell this weekend (like yelling as he babbles) and I think the combination of teething and learning you can adjust your own volume = bad news. I feel so bad when he wakes up beause he seems so angry that he can't put himself back to sleep like normal.
I think his latch has also changed a bit so at night when he is lazy it hurts. BAH. I need a nap.
I think it can take awhile. J is also a sloooow teether, though I've lucked out that he tolerates it well. He's been working on his top 2 teeth for at least a month now, but still nothing. Hang in there - I hope they pop through soon!
I feel like L has been teething for ages. Finger in her mouth, cranky. But maybe not. She sleeps well at night. I also give her Advil when she is especially cranky

Oh yeah it does suck. DS got his front four teeth at once too. I totally feel your pain. I think he was cranky for about a week untill they finally popped through.
Six weeks from swollen gums to teeth coming through for her top teeth (her bottom teeth only took a couple weeks). We did ibuprofen almost every night. It sucked.
Don't tell me 6 weeks! I can feel the botton one (the littel sharp edges) and I can see the top ones (like i can see the entire tooth outline it just hasn't dropped below the gum line yet). Sigh, I really hope I don't have 4 more weeks to go

Lets hope! It is so hard too because he is 100% fine during the day. He naps well, he is in a good mood, then at night he just screams. I guess because he isn't distracted or something? I don't know. I just picked up some motrin so hopefully that will help.
Ugh we are just getting started on this x's 3-good times! My son finally has one poking through that we can feel. He has been an angel though. The girls don't have any we can feel yet but Campbell was an absolute bear this weekend so I think she is teething. She is not drooling though like the other two. I gave her some Tylenol this weekend.
