Dog has bladder stones..

We dont know yet whether they are struvite or the other kind, but she's had recurring bladder infections over the last 2 years and every time has had very little crystals. This time she has 5 LARGE stones...the vet gave us prescription food and antibiotics to try and dissolve them over the next two weeks. Is there anything else we can do to try and dissolve them?
