I have a dermatitis issue in the front area, bad enough that I use a prescription steroid ointment, and it spreads to the back area when I have a flair up (from all the wiping), so it sounds like I need to be ordering one of those. Is it easy to install?

Wet wipes from costco. You get like 500, but they're in smaller resealable containers, so they should last forever. I have a pack in each bathroom, at work, and in my car... Just in case



Baking soda in a bath seems to help with the butt burning that follows diarrhea or excessive wiping.

Oh! This reminded me that the sitz bath contraption I got after I gave birth was awesome for sitting and soaking when you don't/can't take a full bath. It's across an ocean from me right now, but it is awesome when you are particularly irritated or dealing with hemorrhoids. I can't believe I forgot all about this.
