I was surprised at how much I ended up liking the layered skirt. I tried on 7 dresses. This one looked good! We are all going to wear different styles, but we'll also probably add a shrug or something to it. I'll be wearing the cocoa colour.
You'll be wearing different styles or colors? I'm easily confused.
The other bridesmaids have chosen different dresses. We are all wearing dresses made of chiffon and will be wearing different colours: I'm wearing cocoa and the other 2 are wearing champagne. The maid of honour is also wearing cocoa. The bride chose the colours.

I really, really like that.
I also get irrationally annoyed seeing how cute this dress is and how awful the one the bride picked out for the wedding I am in this year. This one totally cute, that one evoked a "you poor thing" response out of the girl next to me at the store.

This exactly. I am dreading putting on the one I have to wear in August. It's freaking tea length, and I'm 5'2".

Oh no!! PIP!!
I'm planning to wear nude shoes with it, but I'm not sure what colour of a shrug I should choose. The ceremony will be outdoors, so I'm thinking about wearing flat shoes or wedges.
It's this dress in Mercury, it looks more like a cocktail dress you would wear on NYE than a bridesmaid dress. The bride joked with me that her boobs are so big they couldn't find a size to zip but that she thought it would still look good on all of us. :-#
Let's just say I am going to be all spanxed out. In one of DH's less finer moments he saw it when I brought it home and said "wow honey, this is at least three sizes bigger than anything you've ever purchased before." I was thinking no shit sherlock, I can't get my huge hips into it.
This is the wedding that I have to buy three dresses for and one of them is a sari so this one is the least of my worries. I really don't even know why I am worried about the spanx, the whole guest list will have just seen my fat a few hours earlier. I'm laughing and crying on the inside about this and yet I just can't motivate myself to loose weight before May.
