Thode says Eckhardt gave her the "bad" grade as punishment for her support of gay rights.
On February 14, after several days of testimony, Northampton County Judge Emil Giordano ruled against Thode, claiming a failure to provide that her C+ was based on anything other than academics, according to The Morning Call.
In court Monday, the former student's attorney asked that Giordano reconsider her decision or grant his client a new trial.
This is typical procedure and not really newsworthy, aside from the underlying facts being colossally stupid.
It might be typical procedure from a legal point of view, but from a PR and "would I ever hire this person" point of view, it's, well, colossally stupid. JUST STOP!!!
