earlier today, and it splattered all over me and the pup.
We were out sitting in this park by our apartment (sunbathing, duh), and all of a sudden I start to hear some "rain" drops and look up, but alas, no clouds.
And then the drops get closer b/c the wind is blowing them into the trees and further away from the building. And then we start to get hit by the drops and start to run away. And then it smells like bleach.
As we're walking back to the building, I look down and see bleach stains all over my pants and shirt. ALL OVER. And I freak out b/c the drops hit my head too and I'm convinced that they bleached my hair. (They didn't, I don't think).

Who the hell does something like this? I'd be knocking on their door, demanding they pay to replace my clothing and to take care of my hair color (just in case).

I know, I was/am fucking pissed. But I couldn't tell where it came from. (Running away, shielding face once it smelled like bleach).
A lady was in the park too and saw the whole thing, and came to let me know that she complained to management the past two days b/c people who live somewhere above her have been throwing what smells like bleach off their balcony and it's been getting on hers. So, management knows, and they still haven't done anything about it.
Needless to say, we both went over there when it happened and showed them my clothes, and hopefully now they'll actually do something about it. I said the same types of things to them that you're saying (what if it was a kid out there!?!!), so hopefully they take some action.

I know! I thought about that afterward. I was too pissed with management that they had known this was happening and not done anything about it yet to really care about my clothes. I was more on the "this is so unsafe!" kick.
Luckily I was only wearing a sweatshirt and some old yoga pants, or I probably would've cared more. But still!
apalettepassion.wordpress.com/ WHO IS BONQUIQUI!?!?!?!??!
"I was thinking about getting off on demand, but it sounds like I should be glad that I didn't"
That is so scary. The lady w the bleach on her porch must have an inkling right?
That's what I was hoping... but she wasn't sure. She said she lives on the 15th floor, and our building is 25 floors, so potentially it could be anyone above her. I'd guess it was a floor pretty close to hers, though.
oh my god- especially that I see the pictures (cause you're obv telling the truth now!), I'd be mad. Maybe even livid because it has happened to at least one other person before- so it wasn't a one time idiotic incident. Now I'm mad.
Exactly! I was pissed already, but when the lady told me that, it went to a whole other WTF level.
(And yeah, I decided to posts pics b/c, really? Bleach flying through the air? Hard to believe, but yup, it happened!)

I can't imagine what goes through someone's head when they're throwing bleach off a balcony. I mean, I have to believe that it's malicious, because I just can't comprehend that level of stupidity.
I think so too. Especially if it's happening multiple days in a row. WhoTF is that dumb or cleans with bleach that much?
Nobody. This reminds me of some chick on the 10th floor of my bldg. she went off her meds and started throwing shoes out her windows. They were stuffed with notes. People could have been seriously hurt by this nutbag.
