I don't know anything about your market, but are there tons of condos that have been on the market for a long time? Do you have to move, or is waiting another year an option? (Not that it's ever fun to wait =(

Are you in the city or the 'burbs? We own a condo in the NWburbs and are getting lots of the same feedback you are. We'll never sell, we'll need to rent... blah blah... We will definitely lose money if we sell though, so you are ahead of us!
