Ulta has a mix of drugstore through higher end products. There are more beauty appliances and IMO a better selection of nail care and polish. Ulta puts out coupons weekly/monthly.

No. Ulta has a mix of drugstore, salon, and Sephora-type brands, and the space itself isn't nearly as nice as Sephora (for what it's worth, which may be little).

Plus with Ulta, just about every good brand is excluded from their coupons.

No. Ulta has a lot of drugstore brands and some high end stuff. IMO, Sephora is better for makeup and Ulta and Beauty Brands are better for hair care and nails.
