Yes, I saw that and thought about posting. Everyone is so supportive of her nonsense. It makes no sense. And I'll say it again. If she didn't have money and education, she would be flamed to high hell because anyone who has had 3 pregnancies by three different guys and is considering her second marriage within a year of her divorce before maybe age 33 is a spectacular mess.

Shit...money or not that sure sounds like a mess to me.

Yes, but that's the only reason I can come up with that people are supportive of her BS. I'm still stuck with the whole "I didn't know antibiotics would make my BC ineffective!" Two oops pregnancies for the same person is pretty suspicious.

I can't believe you saw it and didn't post. You're growing up, TOTS! *tear*
LOL I was popping in on my phone while I was folding laundry and dreaming of living in Hawaii thanks to HGTV. I was pretty happy at the time. Besides, MM thinks that Rikki is great! Why *wouldn't* she go to the open house? Why *wouldn't* she lie to her soon to be (probably already is) fiance about where she was going?
I felt weird and creepy looking at an old boyfriend's new gfs Facebook page for a minute the other day. I don't understand this level of crazy- like, she thought this was a good idea so much so that she followed through with it. Wtf.
... I wish I wasn't on the cray cray train.. but I admit it.. I might damn well be the driver of said train. If a current BFs ex was having an open house, and I knew it, I'd be DAMN tempted to go look....and unless I could find something else to keep me occupied, I'd look....:flammable: (and I fully admit this is cray cray)

Not trying to be snarky....but why?
what does it accomplish?
Curiosity may have killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.... I would guess in most situations in life one would never know an ex's full name, much less her address so this would never be an issue... (or temptation)

This proves that a persons claim to monetary wealth (and I use that term loosely) can buy MMs silence and/or support.
'Hey! I drove my car into a lake! It's cool, though. I has money in da bank.'
MM: Good for you! You didn't need to drive that POS Nissan anyways!
'Hey! I drove my car into a lake!'
MM: OMG! Your efund only has $1000 and your retirement isn't maxed out yet! You're BSC and are doing lyfe wrong.
That's not really true. A lot of people have met her IRL, and a lot of others have gotten to know her well over the years. There was a huge post (possibly the destination wedding one) where a shitload of people expressed concern about her moving too quickly.
I'm not at all defending this open house thing, but every board with well known regulars tends to cut the regs some slack WRT flaming when they do crazy shit. Especially when they frame it from a confession standpoint.

Wasn't there a girl (bliss maybe?) who was a pretty regular poster but would post crazy shot as well and gt flamed each time? In the threads Im thinking od there were a lot more heat and a lot less concern for the poster. I suppose the board is more selective in their support for regular posters?
Bliss posts crazy shit every single time she posts. Rikki has years of non-crazy history. If that's selective flaming, I think it's justifiable. And not related to the $$$ in their bank accounts.
