Our plans to break in our new grill with hamburger night were rained out. So I popped some mini cheese and chicken tacos in the oven. Add in an overly generous amount of sour cream and I've got dinner.

I think its pretty good. I used non-fat yogurt instead of mayo and I think next time I might do half and half only because it needed more of the fat from the mayo to help it "melt" into the chicken. E loved it but wished I would have used the mayo.
ETA: We are having string pie, which is a spaghetti bake thing. It was easy because I'm using the leftover meat sauce from the batch I made for my friend last night so all I had to do was boil some noodles, layer and bake. Yum!

It sounds kinda gross. Mayo belongs in only very very limited applications, and then only if there's a ton of garlic in it. It also sounds kinda bland if the only seasonings are from pre-seasoned bread crumbs.
However, I'm notorious for living by "double the good stuff" (wine, garlic, spice) as a standard when looking at a recipe.

It was moist but it won't be a big repeat meal.
ETA: I just didn't feel right lathering mayo on top of chicken, it was a bit too salty for our tastes. Which is saying a lot because I love salty. And the bread crumbs didnt give it THAT much of a crust. IDK. It just didn't do it for us.
Even swapping out the mayo for an egg would result in a crispier crust. Mayo doesn't have much flavor, so it's not like the recipe would be missing out. I suppose then everyone would have to call it oven fried chicken and it'd lose its appeal.
...And hellmann's couldn't market it.
It looks nice and crispy but otherwise meh. Maybe if you spice it up a bit it would work better.
