I am friends with four people on FB who are fighting with each other (well, it's couple against couple). It's eff this, ass this and lots of name calling. The most recent post is the one couple telling the other couple that if they want a fight then "bring it." You want to know what it's over? T-ball. Yup, 5 years old playing ball.
It makes me sick. The one mom also keeps saying her son's team "kicked the other team's asses." Again, these are 5 year-olds. I sooo want to point out how ridiculous they are being, but I am sooooo staying out of it.
Oh, it's so ridiculous. I have a lot of FB friends with kids on the team and they keep posting this sign reminding people that the players are just little boys, so I am guessing that some drama happened. Seriously, what will happen when the kids are older? They are quoting the rules of the game. Isn't the t-ball rule to hit ball off of stick...geez.

My nephew is 9 and plays baseball and my SIL and her BFF (who has a son the same age who also plays on a different team) get a little catty about baseball. Like seriously? Let them be kids and enjoy the game!! Tournaments at 9??? And my nephew is one of the oldest (by a year or so at least) on his team!

This was a t-ball tournament they are fighting about. Tournaments at 5?

Oh thank goodness my DS is not interested in playing. He says when he gets big like "nephew" but honestly, he will have a hard time playing since people with esotropia don't have depth perception. (Also sucky: paying extra for 3D movies. H and DS can't see the 3D!)
