So, we're all ready to start with a medicated cycle this round (just need to get that period going!). I think we're leaning toward IUI vs timed intercourse. Luckily the massive amounts of U/S and blood work can be done outside of business hours (very early in the morning, but still, don't have to take time off of work!).
I'm so jealous that you can go to your appointments outside of business hours!
When she was explaining all the follow up I was going to need, I was getting worried about timing. But when she told me then did U/S from 7-9 and 1-3, it was such a relief. As long as I get to the office by 7, I shouldn't have any problems getting to work on time. <) The IUI will be during business hours, but at least that should be the only appointment during work at this point.
Thanks everyone! Not looking forward to the mood swings and hot flashes, but it'll be worth it, right?
Are you doing injectables, or just clomid?
I just started clomid this cycle and haven't had any side effects yet. The paperwork that the pharmacy gave me said that only about 30% of people experience and side effects, so chances are you'll feel fine!

Congrats on the progress!
Just clomid this cycle. The NP underlined mood swings 3 times when telling me about the sides effects. I'm glad to hear it might not be as dire as she made it out to be! <)
I did tell my husband that I get free pass for any unexpected attitude, since it won't be my fault ;-)
I have one more day of clomid, and still no reaction at all (that I'm aware of). I'm not sure if side effects might pop up after I finish the 5 doses, but I think I'm in the clear. Hope it goes as well for you too!
