I finally took a class at her fabuslous studio, and it was wonderful! She is so motivating, and she gave us a killer work out. The entire experience was top notch!
How do you find the motivation to work out. I used to all the time when I was much younger but now I just can't seem to muster enough to even go for a walk. Sad. Very Sad.

I'm of the opinion that motivation is highly overrated, you just need to do it. Schedule it into your day like you would any other appointment. Try to think of it as just one more thing you do everyday, like brushing your teeth, flossing or going to work. You don't necessarily want to do those things, but you do them anyway (most days anyway!).
Plus I've never heard of anyone who ever regretted doing a workout, so try to think of that too. Just getting out the door is often the hardest part. Once you conquer that, you'll more than likely keep going. Plus it's key to find an activity that you enjoy, then you'll be much more likely to continue doing it.
I actually scheduled myself to teach two classes on Monday nights because it is the hardest day for me to get motivated. This way, I have to go and I have no choice.
I am always glad that I did it.
I kind of agree with Shorty, you just have to schedule into your normal routine and get it done.
