Once again let me know if you want to add/subtract/amend your goal.
QOTW: How do you stay motivated to work out while working full-time? Admittedly I am hijacking this QOTW for my own personal gain, because I've only worked 2 days and I can tell that getting to the gym will be 10x harder now than it was while I was a lady of leisure. What are your tips/tricks/motivations as a working girl (of the non-prostitute variety)?
Did I miss your post about getting a job? Congrats! What are you doing?
I finally got to run this morning, it was good to get back after a month off.
QOTW: I was working and not able to go running, I have no idea how full time working girls do it, I was too exhausted to work-out after work and I enjoy sleeping too much to get up earlier in the morning.
Still going strong with the exercising, even though it hurts; )
QOTW: I honestly don't know how to answer this as I have never not worked full time. You just do it, like you do groceries and chores and eat and stuff. It just takes 40 minutes away from tv time on the days I work out. No big deal.
All good with my goal, except that I worked out four times last week.
QOTD: hmmm whenever I feel exhausted the first impulse is to not work out, but then MH punctually drags me and you know what? I feel recharged afterwards! I never regret having gone. Is this even a motivation??
