From those gifs I felt like I had to go and watch the Lithuanian and Maltese Eurovision songs on youtube. I was pretty disappointed with the songs. :-( The gifs are still fun to watch, though!

Moldova 2010? I loved Germany 2010. Lena's song "Satellite" really was a great one for Eurovision, I thought. Every time she sang it I started bopping along. :-) (Honestly, I don't remember the Moldovan song from that year. I'll check it out later.)

Go watch Moldova 2010!
So fantastic! Maldova 2010 was a favorite of mine just because of the sax. Mmhmm.
Fun fact: DBF had the sax solo as his ringtone forever. You can find it on a loop under "epic sax".
That song was awesome, definitely should've won over Lena, and it was a great way to start off the show! However I will forever mourn the loss of Greece's "Opa" from Oslo 2010. Probably my fave Eurovision song of all time.
I have an Epic Sax Guy app. That I paid for. I can choose his dance move and watch it loop while the sax solo plays. But that's totally normal! ...Right?
As for GTG in Sweden, I thought that was already a given!!! I would love to go to another live show, because it's such a different experience. Some of the acts are much better in person, and some are better on TV, which is really weird! Some of the groups had so much crowd enthusiasm, and then they didn't go through, because the televised view lost some of the energy. ...And since everyone paid to be there, it's the most lively & enthusiastic Eurovision party around!
I hated â€Opa" at the time but it has grown on me over time. It's still not one I get stuck in my head much, but it's enjoyable. (Yeah, I am a huge Eurovision nerd and I listen to all of the songs all year round. I have a playlist of them all, and another with just the winners.)
DH thinks I should boycott Sweden since they didn't give us any points, but I don't know if I can resist the chance to be at ESC live!
All of them. I have a pretty high tolerance, I guess. I can make fun of nearly anything.
This one www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6MAT2lbUnc makes me think of "ex-pat, fa fa fa, smug smug snicker doodle. ex-pat , ex-pat, fa! schwa! fa fa fa." Except they don't sing "snicker doodle." But it sounds pretty close to the rest, I think.
