Oh I am sureI saw it on Pinterest somewhere, but most of my cooking is kind of like this:
I use a nonstick muffin pan and don't have to grease it. Actually, when I am cooking, I try to make double and freeze some. So, I do a 9x13 of "baked French toast" and then muffins, too. Grease the pan if its glass
Lay one layer of bread in pan. Rip bread and fill muffin cups halfway.
Cut up something yummy and put a layer in big pan & in muffin tins. I like apples, walnuts & cinnamon. Or banana blueberry.
Another layer of bread & yummy toppings.
Mix French toast batter in a bowl & pour over the top. (Eggs, milk or cream, vanilla & cinnamon).
You can bake em right away, or leave overnight in fridge and bake in morning. Or freeze raw & bake later.
When we make the muffins, we bake a bunch, freeze them & just microwave a couple in the morning.
