I've been using Bobbi Brown for a couple of years now and I'm ready for a change, I hate the three part system (corrector, concealer, then powder). I want a one step system Any recommendations? I don't have really dark circles or anything, just the normal amount I'd say.
Laura Mercier Secret Concealer is great if there's a shade that matches your skin tone. I'm halfway between 2 and 3 and it's kind of annoying to have to mix them.
My other favorite right now is Maybelline Age Rewind. It's so light that you can barely feel it on your skin, but it covers amazingly well. I get the best results by using Neutralizer and then the Medium shade, and I know you only want one step. But I have pretty dark circles, so if yours aren't that bad, you might be ok with just the concealer.
Another Maybelline Age Rewind fan here. I use the illuminator and blend with my ring finger because the actual applicator is weird.
The applicator is way too big! I have to remove a bunch of concealer with a tissue or q-tip. I deal with it because the product is so good and so cheap, but really, the applicator tip should be about half its size. Or just have it in a regular container so people can use whatever applicator they like.
I think CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid all accept open cosmetic returns now. I don't know about Ulta.
Yes, the major drugstores all accept returns as well as Wal-Mart. Target is iffy depending on who you get. Ulta also accepts returns of opened products.
Yves St Laurent Touche eclat. It's very light so it doesn't feel caked on or crease like heavy concealers. And the light reflective properties are lovely.
I could see that, Carrots. My circles are not too dark. I find it's most effective when you don't over blend it and let it set until, then gently blend (it almost disappears into the skin).
