I have determined my family is too large and too close-knit. I think this is why we stay at the hospitals and funeral homes. It's the only explanation I have.
My mom's brother is in the hospital. They found a mass on his brain. The outlook isn't good. He is currently having an MRI. We should know something by the end of the day.
My great aunt is going down rapidly. She was given six months a few weeks ago. Now, the doctors are giving her less.
My youngest brother is back in an in-patient facility.
Now for Good news! My cousin just had a baby girl. I have two more expecting! Two cousins graduate HS and one is graduating college in May! My mom's other brother is getting married.
I guess when you are 1 of 23 first cousins and 1 of 98 great grandchildren, (my maternal grandfather's mother) there will always be something going on.
I'm so sorry for all your bad news. But I'm thrilled for all the good news. And holy crap that's a lot of great grand kids.
My family isn't small but its not tight knit and really spread out. There are certain cousins I wish lived closer. I think we'd be good friends in that case.

I am down for Aruba. June 8-15.
My uncle has a bleed on his brain. It looks like a stroke. This makes 3 out of 4 of biological siblings to have a stroke. My mom was the youngest and first. My grandpa's genes run deep. They are ruling it a stroke for now. My mom and uncle have TIA.
