If fans can fundraise $2 million by April 12th, they'll film it. The article does a better job at explaining how the fundraising thing works, but basically you pledge $$ in exchange for rewards and if the $2 mil isn't reached, you keep your money. The accompanying video in the article explains it as well and is pretty funny. I guess the fund is already passed $100k.

I loved VMars and have actually been thinking about rewatching the series lately so I'm excited about this. Anyone else?
