Will Sephora help, do you think?

  I have been using Boscia moisturizer for about three weeks now, and it seems the "pumping" mechanism in the bottle has stopped working. It will no longer dispense product. It can't be empty, it's a pretty large bottle, and it's only been 3 weeks. There is no way to get at the product by hand as Boscia seals their products in the container so they don't use potency by reacting to air. Am I out of luck, or do you think Sephora will exchange for one with a good dispenser? Is it worth asking, or am I being ridiculous for even thinking of asking?

Sephora is awesome about returns. You should be able to exchange it with no problem.

I think they will be able to return it w/o issue.

This happened with my boscia face wash. I cleared the pump with a paper clip and it started working again.
