Why did Christina leave?  I only ever watched it sporadically but hadn't heard that she was leaving but I just saw a commercial for the new season with Shikira.

She left so she could tour/promote her new album.

Both her and Cee-Lo are reportedly on a hiatus to tour/promote their albums. I'm looking forward to Usher and Shakira though! Should be fun!

Cee-Lo and Christina are the only ones that haven't won yet right? I like them on the show and am normally bad with changes, but maybe the new judges will mix things up a bit. Also, I hate how Christina always seems to hate on one or two particular contestants the whole season and does the whole snide remark thing.

I couldn't stand Xtina last season. She was so snide and snarky. I felt like she really hated on Amanda Brown even though she was my favorite to win.

I am glad Christina is gone. I was never a fan of her. I'm excited about Shakira and Usher.
