Why I've been MIA (Swear its legit)

Hi ladies. I've missed your faces and shenanigans (spell??). My birthday weekend my FIL ended up in a horrible car accident with two of his buddies. He has been laid up in the ICU in Richmond ever since. It was awful. He was on a ventilator, had multiple operations etc. He ended up with a compressed fracture in his spine, a removed spleen (it had detached) and broken ribs on the left side (numbers 2-11). His condition went back and forth for awhile. Fevers, infections etc. He is finally making progress and is looking to be released hopefully within the next week. But only if he checks into a rehab facility to get stronger. Anyways. Just wanted you to know im not an ass hat. That is all.

I'm so glad he's doing better! I'll be praying for a speedy recovery.

Is that a boat under the car? Were they trailing it? Are your dad's friends ok too?
