I've never seen anyone on the nest with a machine as crazy as my husband's. He has one of similar size and price (Alex Duetto II). we had it ten months before I was brave enough to use it.

Does your husband have a high end grinder as well? Mine has one but wants a new one that is around $2K. He told me he'd sign a contract that he wouldn't buy above piece of expensive equipment for at least a decade after that.
