Good MM eye makeup remover?

Please don't recommend Vaseline. 

I'm running out of my Clinique Take the Day Off, but I can't justify buying a new bottle right now. So, I'll need something from the drugstore. Since I use waterproof mascara, I need something thorough, yet gentle, and double-phase.

What say you?

I am not sure what double-phase is, but I like the Almay pads.  They have always been able to remove all my eye makeup, but are gentle.

Walmart's equate eye makeup remover works really well.

I use the Target brand that's like the Neutrogena then also use the Target makeup remover wipes.

The Almay purple pads are a pretty good MM option. It's now my everyday eye makeup remover, but I use Lancome Bifacil for particularly stubborn eye makeup.

I'm also planning to try out Pond's Cold Cream - I hear it's magic.

I really like Neutrogena Hydrating Eye Makeup Remover Lotion. I've never seen it in the stores so I buy it on Amazon.

Neutrogena is my favorite for drug store brands.

Not much more expensive, but only available in Sephora, I really like their own-brand remover.

I like the Target knock off of Neutragena. I do not like the Almay pads or knock-offs. I got the sensitive eye kind and both burned my eyes.

I like an oil based one, I have a Mario Badescu one, but sometimes I just use plain Argan Oil.
