I am in desperate need of a pre natal massage, but don't want to lie on my side for it. Does anyone know of a spa or massage therapist that has one of the tables with a belly cut out? Preferably in the north end but I'm willing to drive a bit. Thank you!

As a former massage therapist and former pregnant woman, I would really not recommend getting a prenatal massage with the hole in the table.
The reason is, it's not great for your back for your belly to be hanging in a hole. The holes are not one size fits all, and you may be more uncomfortable on your belly than you would be side-lying. A properly trained massage therapist will make sure you are properly supported by pillows and bolsters to make sure you're comfortable on your side.
If anything you might be able to get away with a chair massage, but the tables with the holes are not great IMO.

I had a massage today on one of these tables. I'm only 14 weeks, so there's no more belly there than usual, and i sleep on my stomach. I said I could use a traditional table, but they said I had to use this table. I didn't ask about the side-lying massage because I was kind of curious. The part on my stomach was comfortable. Either there was some kind of hammock or the sheet just stayed tight, but i felt supported. Then she had me turn over on my back, as usual, but that was pretty uncomfortable. Just thought i'd share
