Waterproof liquid liner?

I've been using Sephora brand liquid liner (in black) for awhile and generally like it, EXCEPT that it will run like crazy if I tear up because of wind or whatever.

Can you recommend a good waterproof liquid liner?  I'm pretty good at drawing a line by this point (I only use it on my upper eye), and I use UD primer and MAC paint pot in painterly as a base.

I don't use liquid liner often, but Illamasqua's formula really stays on well for me. I even have to scrub a bit when I use eye makeup remover at night on days when I decide to wear it.

Stila has a waterproof liquid eyeliner that goes on really nicely and stays on like woah. It also can take a little (or a lot for the bright colors) scrubbing to get off.

I got the urban decay 24/7 in the draw the line sephora favorites eyeliner set. It is waterproof and liquid. I like it, it is almost like it peels off when you remove it. So comes off easier than some. I have heard good things about the stila one too.

Best stuff ever. I will never go back to pencil.
