Gluten Free Diet

Anyone do this? It was suggested by my doctor last month that I switch to a Gluten Free Diet.

I have yet to commit. This diet sucks.

Someone tell me it gets easier, LOL

My H's stepmom is on a GF diet and there are a lot of good food that is GF. I was shocked. They even have GF mac-n-chz. It really doesn't taste that bad either.

Yeah, but specifically because I have an autoimmune disease. She said it would possibly help TTC too.

She didn't say it was life of death, but just made a suggestion. Ehh, so I am kinda half assin' it. I need to either commit or not even bother, LOL.

My natural food store has about everything you could imagine as a gluten free product. But I cringe every time I see those prices. Like $9 for a box of cereal.

I don't eat gluten free, but I have some family members who do. I hope you have a natural food store nearby.
