My first post here (formally TacoriLover). I'm debating getting a pair of Tom's wedges for the summer. I have a pair of the classic canvas and LOVE them. Every time I wear it, I remind myself I want another pair. But I really like the look of the wedges too, are they just as comfortable and do they fit TTS? TIA!

I have this same problem, haha. I have been eyeing the wedges for awhile now too, so I'm curious about the responses to this!
I have the TOM's wedges in black canvas and natural rope color on the bottom. I absolutely love them! I'm a teacher and can wear them all day no problem. I'm planning on taking them on our Europe trip this summer as well...HTH!

Hey Jenn! I've been eyeing the TOMS wedges too. I tried them on at Nordstrom 2 seasons ago, and while they were comfy, I felt like the peeptoe was really big for me. I think I felt like this, though, b/c I'm conscious of my 2nd toe being longer than my big toe, so I felt like the 2nd toe was really enhanced with the larger open peeptoe. Just my opinion, wished it could have worked out b/c they were cute and comfy!
However, one of my good friends bought a pair, and they looked great on her.

They're the most comfortable wedges I own. I can wear them all day with no problem. I wear the same size in the wedges that I wear in the regular canvas Toms. Hth!
I bought the black ones last summer, and after wearing them to run errands one afternoon I had to make a special trip to Nordstrom to return them. The peep toe fit me strangely and gave the worst blisters on my little toes.

I just got two pairs of the wedges as gifts in April (red and dark grey).
I'd never owned any Tom's before but my friend loves her striped wedges, Tom's has been really great to my sorority (DG)/our philanthropy and I've been unable to find decent, classic espadrilles so I was pretty gleeful at the prospect of these.
I wear an 8.5 in probably 85% of my shoes and that's what size these are, but I remember the Nordstrom shoe guy once saying that they stretch out with wear. After I got mine, I remember thinking he must've been wrong, because at first, they were so snug I worried about blisters. Now (a month later) they're so loose my heel slips out with *each* step I take. This is really annoying.
They are comfortable though (I love the cushioned insole) and I have worn them all day without too much soreness. The key is the medium height of the heel. It's very doable. They dress up shorts and work so well with my sundresses that I'd buy two more pairs, but I'm really not happy with the way they stretched out a half-size.
It would be one thing if they just became extra-slouchy flats, but these are wedges and I walk on some of the bumpiest, most uneven sidewalks in the country so I'm constantly worried I'm going to roll my ankle as it glides right out of the wedge. So yes, they're great, except for how loose they get. HTH.
I love mine I have the black canvas they ran large for me I bought a half-size smaller. Super comfy I would definitely get them from Nordstrom since they have free shipping and returns.
