The thread on MM got me thinking it might be interesting to link up if anyone's on there.
I use it to track my food and note any changes in symptoms based on what I eat. I also look forward to tracking measurement changes once I can start working out! I've lost some weight since surgery but some of it is muscle so I'm all floppy and bleh.

usually people use who want to lose weight, but it's a good tool for anyone who needs to be conscious about food and exercise choices.
I log everything I eat and it helps me closely watch macronutrient intake. I need low fiber, low sugar (this is hard for me), high protein and I can see my exact daily and meal totals for these things. It's helped me see that any time I get around 4g of fiber in one meal I need to watch it and make lower fiber choices the rest of the day if I want to avoid pain.
You can make your diary private, public, or just open to friends. There is also a "notes" box I use to track stress level and non-poop-related symptoms (fatigue, joint pain, headaches, etc) because I'm still looking for a pattern there.
