I hope I don't sound like a huge AW lately. I've been having a really hard time with depression again lately. It started with ptsd following a car accident with DH and our twins last year. Has anyone tried eye movement desensitization therapy? I'm on meds, and see a psychiatrist, but still have times where getting out of bed is a struggle. I want to feel better, and am thinking about asking about the eye movement therapy. I would love to hear if anyone else has experienced it.
