I'm having a glass of Mondavi Private Selection Chardonnay that I snagged on sale. It's pretty good. Not as good as the Firestone Union Jack IPA I had last night, but eminently drinkable/
I am back and the vodka has been purchased! I went for the cheap stuff.
Can I tell you that I drink vodka on the rocks and I have tried every high end vodka just about. My true favorite is absolut and it is not a cost thing. I just love it more than the high end stuff

I am drinking a local wine. H is drinking some beer from a microbrew/craft brew that we drove to today. The brewery was an hour away and in an old mechanic garage. It was very nodescript. He is drinking.....I don't know, a stout or double IPA. I can't see the glass.

Honestly, I have a thing for Kirkland vodka. Basically, it's the same as Grey Goose. Made in the same plant apparently. But Kirkland is sold for Costco. 5 times distilled too. Have you tried it yet? It really is quite good.
I did not even know that they made a vodka. I need to try it. Thank you

Have you tried Ballast Point's Serpent's Stout? It's local to San Diego, but I was lucky enough to find some here in WA. Alesmith's Speedway Stout (also a San Diego brewery) is awesome as well.

Alas, not.
But I can get Sculpin in my growler from time to time and for that I am truly grateful.
