Woot woot.
I kind of wanted to die though. I had planned on going straight after work, but I left my inhaler at home, so I had to run home for that. The issue is that then I didn't get to run in a flat area - I ran with hills. Killer evil hills.
I downloaded an app though, and that seemed to help. It told me when to run and when to walk. My legs are dead tonight, but oh well, I did it.
How are you doing? You've 2 days right?
I'm thinking Friday - Sunday - Wednesday are going to be my running days. and Monday-Thursday-Friday or M-W-F for swimming.
I was supposed to do week 2 day 2 on Wednesday but had a migraine so I skipped it and am going to do it tonight. I felt like I was going to die during the week 2 day 1 workout though.
