Recs for water resistent makeup?

I'm heading to the Florida Keys in May and a cruise in June, and I'd like to get some makeup that I can wear all day, including by the pool or at the beach.  Sounds silly I know.  I used to be one of those people who would make fun of girls who wore makeup in those situations, but I'm 34 now, with permanent bags under my eyes, and I just look so haggard without makeup.    I have oily skin.  Any suggestions?  TM, BB cream, etc.

It's supposed to make your make up water resistant. I've tried it a couple of times, and so far, it really seems to work. I like that I can continue to use the foundation I have. I also like that it can be used on my eyes, and keeps eye make up in place. It's a little pricey, but it doesn't take much. If you have a local sephora, go in and ask for a sample container. That should give you enough product to try it out over several days.
