Peruvian's put eggs on everything, especially hamburgers.  They make these things called salchipappas, which are french fries, hot dogs and a fried egg with a runny yoke.  Sounds nasty, but OMG, they are delicious.

This post reminds me of when I was in Spain - I had the best roasted chicken of my life, served on top of french fries. I have never, ever had such delicious chicken. Mmmm.

I had a delicious veggie burger the other night that had avocado, feta, sundried tomato, havarti and a dressing. It was incredible.

We have a burger place here that has almost 100 variations, you pick your patty and side. I've had about 8 varieties in the past year and haven't been disappointed since.

I wish we had cheese sauce. We always ask for velveeta if anyone is coming back fromthe US, as flameful as that is.

Oh and instead of hot dogs, they'll use cured meats like salami or sausages. So delicious!
