Note to self: Don't leave shit until the last minute next year. They were down to bare minimum in all the local stores today, but thankfully I was able to find some fun things for them.
I haven't had a chance to get the kids anything for Easter yet. So far the only Easter thing we've got is a bag of Cadbury eggs. DD is already in love with them. While we were at my parents she kept pointing to them on the cupboard till someone would get them for her. It amazes me how smart 1 year olds can be.
gretchenindisguise, my nieces had a weird obsession with cheetos, too! They'd never tried them, but begged my sister for them for months. My sister caved when we took them to NASA and they were acting grumpy before we got there. A McD's ice cream and some Cheetos bought us a solid 2 hours.
kids are weird, yo!
She had stopped talking about them and then out of the blue today at the zoo she said, "hey mommy, remember I wanted some cheetos?"
He got two books, socks, an Annie's mix bag, cups & toddler crayons. I thought they were markers but crayons are better. The basket looks wonky because the book in back was jammed in there.
