had a family party today - I avoided all wheat but I overdid it on jelly beans and homemade potato salad. first time I've had candy in over six weeks!
I had some pain afterwards but it didn't last long so I am happy. next time I'm going to try to pack my own treat (I made some GF cupcakes that are sweetened w/ honey and they aren't bad!).
I did pretty well on Easter. I stuck to mashed potatoes, bread and a little ham (even though ham is on the bad list). I did eat a few desserts and paid for that this morning. No pain though, so I'm still calling it an improvement. Nervous about my doctor's appointment on Friday
