I wish everything wasn't closed today

I had a bunch of shopping I needed to finish this weekend and I wasn't able to yesterday.  The neighbor invited us over and I felt bad declining, so I took the girls over.  Now I still have a ton of stuff to do and all the stores are closed.

Oh well, at least I can still pick up my prescription.  EvilMart is open!

My favorite grocery store is closed. I had to go to Wal Mart. I was upset. They were out of tomatillos. WHO IS OUT OF TOMATILLOS IN TEXAS!?!

I didn't get a bunch of errands run yesterday, now my week is shot to shit since I'll have to do them after work every day. DH works from home, so I'm hopeful that he will knock a couple stores off my list.

I bet the girls had a great time yesterday!!

I didn't think about this, and now I really hope one of the grocery stores is open because we always do our grocery shopping for the week on Sunday. O.O

They did.  I'm so glad we were invited, it was very nice.  I just have such a limited time to get things done.  I always feel like I'm rushing around.  I could really use a personal assistant.

We were planning on doing it tonight after we got back from MILs. Now I have to do it on Monday after work :\

Yeah, that's exactly why I'm in the same boat.  I usually try to do one fun thing on the weekend so I can spend the other day "making up for it" and getting chores done.  I just couldn't resist yesterdays fun plans! Payed for it by staying up past 1 running to the grocery store, making baskets and cooking food for today's Easter dinner. So.Tired. I could use a personal assistant too! I miss our old nanny who would do chores around the house... I miss her sooooo much!

Back in the late 90's DH and I lived in Atlanta for a couple years.  Not being near family, Easter just totally fell off my radar.  I'm not a big "lets go to the mall" person but two - TWO - years in a row, Easter SUnday was the day I got a bug to go to the mall.  And got in my car and drove there.  And got to the lot and thought "Why is it SO empty?" and then realized.

One year was understandable.  I couldn't believe it when I did it a 2nd time!

I was honestly dumbfounded when I went to Target and they were closed. Everything else in our neighborhood is open.
