Yes, that's the same. Are you on android or iPad? You can try searching for "the next" in the forum directory and logging in that way.

Sorry! I checked out the support board but there doesn't seem to be anyone else still reporting this problem. If you'd like you can create a post here to speak with the app support team. They will probably tell you to reinstall and to try connecting via the directory, so try both of those before you post to save yourself some time. Sorry I can't be more help.

I know this is an old post but I'm having this racy issue, and have been for weeks. If i reinstall the app, do I have to buy it again? I can get into all forums except the one I want (GBCN).

You don't have to pussy again if you use the sand iTunes or google account. Does searching the forum directory not work for you? That usually fixes it.
