PIP the wedding dress you would wear now if you had a wedding do-over (or the dress you are wearing if you are currently planning a wedding). I would change SO many things about my wedding, but I'll just stick with the dress for now. If I could do it over again, I would want something like this from J. Crew:

Sometimes I have doubts about my dress...like should I have gotten something more princessy and poofier.But I always figured it wouldn't look right on me because I am only 5 ft 2.But there are some really gorgeous gowns like that.

I would likely go vintage looking lace at this stage in my life. I loved my dress, and still do, but I wouldn't go strapless.
