I now buy all of my casual shoes at the Stride Rite outlet.
They have Jessica Simpson and Sperry and buying kids shoes is just less frustrating (and cheaper). It's the one time I'm thankful that the world wants to dress girls as mini women.
Oh, and if you wear a women's 7 or smaller, you probably fit into kids shoes too. A kid's 3 is equivalent to a women's 5.
I'm jealous of your small feet. I've been known (when much skinnier) to buy some girl's clothing items - like North Faces and Patagonia fleeces. They are significantly cheaper than the adult versions. No judgment here.
Well I guess my confession is that I have giant feet. I couldn't find any shoes at all when I was pregnant and they swelled. I wore flip flops until he was born in mid-November. I'm so glad they went back down, my mom said they would stay big.
I do this with uggs (which is probably flameful as well). Those suckers are so comfortable and warm though not very attractive so I refuse to pay adult prices for them walla kids uggs.
I wear an 8 and I am able to wear some girls' shoes - I bought snow boots from Lands' End that were identical to the adult version and half the price. I have heard I could probably fit in girls' Uggs but haven't tried it.
