I'm a fan of a more dramatic eye and a light lip. I'll do brown shadows for day; greys or purples for night. Always black cat-eye liner. This spring, I'm getting into sheer, bright pink glosses.
I seriously cannot recommend Wet n Wild products enough, which makes me sound like a middle schooler, but I don't even care. They have a foundation that is on par with MUFE's Mat Velvet, and lots of other dupes of fancier products -- and nothing's over 5 bucks.
What?! Maybe I should be looking online then. They don't have that shade at any stores around here. Most stores only have a black brown. I'll have to order that and see how it works. I bought a cheapie once and it didn't even last 2 hours on my face before it disappeared.
I have really been loving my Tarte foundation brush. It makes my foundation go on so much smoother and more natural. I use my Laura Mercier foundation with it though, I have sensitive skin.
I have before and pretty much all of those I can't find in stores. Also, when I clicked your link, there were only 11 results. The Ulta, Walgreen, CVS, and Target near me actually do not carry those in soft black like it says they do. I check every single time. All they carry is a brown black. I'm not going to drive an hour and a half to buy a $5 eyebrow pencil.

A SA at Sephora recommended this to me awhile back and I can't believe I went so long without using it. I just dab it on right about my cheekbones and it gives me a nice glow. It's on the more expensive side but since I'm just dabbing it on my finger it will last a long time.
My favorite product is MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft & Gentle. It leaves such a pretty glow on the skin. This pic is not me but you can see it on her cheeks.

Hate to say it, but the black/brown would probably look a lot better! Stark black eyebrows aren't a good look- makeup artists always say to go a shade lighter.
Face primer: Monistat Anti Chafe gel. Don't knock it until you've tried it.
Eye lid primer: Urban Decay (I put it on my eye brows too because it keeps my brow powder in place)
Foundation: L'Oreal True Match in N7. I apply with a stippling brush (Sephora Pro Stippling Brush #440)
Blush: Wet 'n Wild - Something Wine
Eye shadow: Primarily use the Naked palette (UD)
Powder: Coty Airspun in translucent
Mascara: Maybelline's Volume Express Mega Plush
Concealer/highlighter: LORAC Double Feature in medium
For my lips I only use lip balm (EOS) because I don't wear lipstick. I did get Sugar Lip Polish by Fresh at Sephora and it's amazing! If your lips are chapped or dry, this stuff works wonders. It tastes like brown sugar too, so I always get tempted to eat it. It's a little pricey but you really only need a tiny smidge of it to work, so the tub should easily last all winter.
My cleansing/moisturizing routine is from Oil of Olay's Regenerist line but I also tried Peter Thomas Roth's Laser-Free Resurfacing kit and I loved how nice my skin looked/felt afterwards.
Does anyone have recs for a dark spot corrector (not concealer)? I'd like to lighten up some spots on my face.

My current less than 5 minute face is bare minimum, but I'm happy with all of the products.
Garnier BB cream- hydrating and has spf in it rimmel eyebrow pencil- I swear having a defined brow changes the look from undone to "finished" looking benefit tinted eyebrow gel maybelline age eraser in "brightener" Tons of mascara- right now maybelline full n soft Blush- maybelline bouncy (it's like a cream)
I used to stay away from drugstore products bc I hated not being able to see them on the skin, or feel it, but after reading beauty blogs I've found so many awesome drugstore products!
NYX products are cheap and a lot of them are good MAC dupes. You can get them at Ulta.
I adore NYX. I use the super skinny eye marker, and their "slide on" eyeliner pencils are just as good as UD 24/7 glide on pencils and are only $8.
Other products I love are Benefit Posietint, Juice Beauty CC Cream (it has actually helped even out my skin tone), Revlon Lip Butters and Revlon Kissable Balm Stains.
Here is someone wearing Posietint. It's such a pretty pink color for spring and summer.
apalettepassion.wordpress.com/ WHO IS BONQUIQUI!?!?!?!??!
"I was thinking about getting off on demand, but it sounds like I should be glad that I didn't"
I just bought the Urban Decay Naked BASICS palette and I love it! It's my new go-to eye shadow and doesn't make me look like a hooker with all of the sparkly and shimmery crap.

daisybuchannan I've tried black brown before and it is very noticeable. When Make-up artists try the black brown, even they say the black looks better and natural on me. Especially when I'm only filling it in from the middle to the end and blending it through the whole brow. My eyebrows(and hair) are naturally black. It looks odd when half of the eyebrow is actually black and the other half is a black brown.
I love primer. I love benefits porefessional. When I am lazy I will just wear that, blush, and a setting powder. I have tried a few others, but so far still love that one best. I really like laura merciers tinted moisturizer which I squeeze in between the primer and some setting powder when I am not feeling lazy. I am all over the place with eye makeup and don't have a holy grail product. I love origins ginzing eye cream for the day. It wears so well under makeup.
I love tightlining a feel like an idiot for not knowing about it before. Watch YouTube how to video makeupbytiffanyd on it. it gives such a natural and effortless look to eye makeup.
For my everyday look, I use powder eyeshadow as eyeliner. I like the soft look it gives. I also use cornstarch as my powder. I'm serious. It's amazing. Go to your kitchen right now and get it. And then, of course, my ridiculously expensive blush. Rimmel Scandaleyes liner in the nude color on my waterline. Always curl your eyelashes, kids.
