Every time I see my brother, someone else is in tow - his girlfriend (who I adore, so it's fine by me) or one of his million friends (who I also adore) or my family (who I mostly adore, haha jk).
ETA: We are not in the same state. If we were, we'd probably hang out alone more often.
I hang out with my sister at least two or three times a week. We're only 10 months apart. We go to the same school. We run errands together, get our nails done, etc.
Never. He lives about 10 mins away, if that. If my parents didn't invite him to stuff, I'd never see him. Saying we're "not close" is an understatement.

Sometimes with one of my sisters, almost never with the other. She's flakier. Also my mom gets jealous when we hang out without her (she has codependent issues) so she ends up crashing our outings.
I see my sister every few months--she's a four hour drive away. We used to live in the same apt complex (different apts) and we'd see each other almost every day. My brother is in FL so I really only get to see him a couple of times a year. We are all really close, so I wish I got to see them more.
Once in a while. My sister lives 1.5 hr away, so I usually go visit for the weekend and hang with her whole family. We try to do something just the 2 of us a few times a year.

My brother and I are pretty close, but I guess since I had the girls we haven't gone anywhere just me and him. He comes over often and hangs out with me, H and the girls. He and I lived together for a few years before I got married.
I usually have a night out with just my sisters once or twice a year. When my brother joins us, I think it's always been with spouses included.
Most of our time together is spent with the whole family, which includes our parents and our kids. I think that's mostly due to the fact that my brother and youngest sister don't live nearby, and now three out of four of us have kids.
I loved when my younger sister was on maternity leave because we were able to get together much more often, but even then we had our kids with us. I should make dinner plans with her sometime, that's a good idea.
I would say I hang out alone with my sister (or with my sister and nephew) once a month. They aren't super close to us so we usually go there or they come here for longer visits (like day long) and her and I will get away and go shopping or whatever without husbands.
Almost never My brother lives in my hometown, 2 hours away. So when we go, we see everybody. It happens maybe once a year that he is coming to Montreal alone for the day for errands or something, and wil stop by and stay over for dinner, so we hang out alone a bit during the day if I am working from home.
I have four sisters and one brother. Honestly, I would only hang out with one regularly and she lives in CA. I know for a fact we would regularly hang out if we lived closer. Our families click and she's one of the five people on this earth that I actually like.
